Where do I get an OTP QR code?

To perform these steps, you must be in either one of the offices or connected to the VPN!

1. Click on the icRouter link that corresponds to the office where your account is:
   • icRouter.office.thePriceCompany.com
2. Sign in using your username (the part on the left of the @ in your email address) and your current computer password
3. Select System > Access > Users
4. Click the pencil icon on the row containing your username
5. Scroll down to OTP Seed
6. Click the checkbox for Generate a new secret
7. Click the save button at bottom of screen
8. Scroll to “OTP QR Code” click the button “Click to Unhide” Open Google Authenticator on your mobile device
   1. Remove any existing OTP Codes for the office
      1. Android: Press and Hold on a code and press the delete icon in the upper-right corner
      2. iPhone: Open the menu in the upper-right corner and choose Edit, press the pencil icon to see a delete option
   2. Scan the QR code
      • This is the only time this QR code will be visible
      • Requesting a new OTP seed will invalidate all previous OTP seeds
